DESCRIPTION: alkyd resin based, protective primer for metal surfaces.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Structure: Anticorrosive.

Consumption: 12-14  (m²/lt), 80-110 (g/m²)

Thinning Ratio: %10-15.

Suitable primer: Silkcoat Universal Primer, Silkcoat Synthetic Primer

Application tools: Brush, roller, spray.

Drying: 15 to 20 minutes to dust repulsiveness; Hardening for application of topcoat paints 8 – 10 hours

Viscosity : 110 KU ± 10  (  23  º C )

Density : 1,43 ± 0,05( g / ml )

Amount of solid : (75 ± 2)%

Thickness of dry coat: 40 ± 5 micron

Thickness of wet coat: 80 ± 5 micron

APPLICATION: The application surface should be free from all kinds of dust, dirt and oil. Old paints and alien materials should be smoothed to obtain a clean, dry and solid surface. The sharp edges of the welding tips, edges should be trimmed and a smooth metal surface should be obtained. The material is applied with roller, brush or spray by thinning with synthetic tin. During the application, the temperature of the air should be between 5 – 40 º C and not exceed 85% of the humidity.

STORAGE:  Keep  at a cool and clean place away from sun light. İt can be stored  unopened 1 year  at room temperature.
