Silkcoat Macun Astarı Ethiopia

DESCRIPTION:Acrylic copolymer binder-based  interior primer which constitutes a ready- surface for topcoat after Macun Astarı application.

CHARACTERISTIC:-Healthy and environmental friendly.-Constitutes ready-surface for topcoat application where interior putty application is completed.-Provides durability for topcoat application.-Minimum consumption.–Reduces paint consumption to a minimum by reducing the surface suction power.

APPLICATION AREAS:Can be applied on interior surfaces that putty has been applied.

Content: Styrene Acrylic

Consumption: Single Coat: 10 -15  (m²/ lt), 65-100 (g/m2)

Thinner: Water

Thinning Ratio: % 15 -30

Drying: Touch dry: after 15-20 min, Dust repulsive: after 1 hour, Hard dry: after 24 hours

pH(25^oC): 8- 9

Density: 1,62 ± 0,02 ( g / ml )

Thickness of dry coat: ( 30 ± 5 ) micron

Thickness of wet coat: ( 60 ± 5 )  micron

APPLICATION:The application surface should be free from all kinds of dust, dirt and oil. Silkcoat Putty Primer can be applied after cleaning the surface. Once the paste application has been carried out, it must be ensured that the required drying time is awaited. Silkcoat Putty Primer is diluted with 10-15% clean water and applied as a single layer by roller, brush or spray method. Tools should be cleaned immediately after application. The Putty should be mixed until it is completely homogenous before use. Ambient and surface temperature should be between + 5ºC and + 35ºC during application and product drying.

CAUTION: – S2: Keep out of the reach of children.- S24/25: Avoid getting eye and skin contact. In case wash with plenty of water. – S46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label – Preserve in a tightly closed container. – Do not dump into the sewer system.

STORAGE: Keep at a cool and clean place away from sun light. İt can be stored  unopened 1 year  at room temperature.
